SHIPPING METHODS

We work with reliable shipping partners, including:

  • German Warenpost
  • DHL Standard Post
  • DHL Premium
  • DHL Express

For international deliveries, especially outside Europe, please allow for potential customs-related delays.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany & Austria: 1–3 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 3–10 business days
  • Outside Europe: 15–25 business days, depending on customs and local carriers

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please note that our fulfillment center is closed on weekends, so orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

As soon as your order is packed and handed over to the courier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

Our fulfillment center is located in Germany, allowing us to ship to most destinations worldwide. To check whether we deliver to your location, simply enter your shipping address at checkout. Shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process.

We offer FREE shipping as follows:

  • Germany: on orders over €50
  • Austria & United Kingdom: on orders over €70
  • Rest of Europe: on orders over €120

MISSING OR DELAYED PACKAGE?

If your package hasn’t arrived, we understand how frustrating that can be. Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by DHL or your local postal service.

From the moment your package departs our warehouse until it reaches your destination, it is fully managed by DHL. If you’re experiencing delivery issues, we kindly ask you to first contact your local DHL hotline or post office. They will be able to help locate your package and provide the most up-to-date delivery status. Please have your tracking number ready for faster assistance.

LOST PACKAGE POLICY

As a start-up, we want to be transparent about our limitations when it comes to lost packages. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive, even if the tracking status indicates delivery.

In the unfortunate event of a lost package, we are committed to reviewing each case individually. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement in every situation, we will carefully assess the circumstances and do our utmost to find a fair and supportive solution, especially if the package was lost while in the hands of DHL.

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, each case will be reviewed individually. While we always strive to find the best solution, we strongly recommend adding Route at checkout to ensure full protection.

We understand how important safe delivery is, and we encourage you to take any necessary precautions, such as using a secure delivery location or requesting a signature on delivery.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

As the customer, you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties (collectively referred to as “Fees”) imposed by your local government.

Fees may be calculated based on:

  • Country of origin of the merchandise
  • Product classification
  • Total order value
  • VAT rates in your country

For EU customers, VAT is applied at checkout according to your shipping destination.

We are legally required to declare the full order value and cannot accommodate requests to reduce the declared value or mark shipments as gifts. Please contact your local customs office for more details if needed.
