Does Nourished3 test on animals?

None of our products are tested on animals.

Is the Clarify & Brighten Face Mask gluten free?

Yes!

Does the Clarify & Brighten Face Mask contain fragrance?

This mask contains less than 0.15% fragrance, just a subtle hint to balance the natural scent of sulfur within the mask. It has a very soft lavender coconut scent.

Are the Clarify & Brighten Face Mask and Face Brush vegan?

Yes! There are no animal by-products in this mask.

Is the Clarify & Brighten Face Mask safe for pregnancy & breastfeeding?

Yes our mask is safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It does contain AHA (6%) and BHA (1%), however at small safe amounts. The effect of the acid is restricted to the upper layer of the skin, and does not penetrate into the bloodstream. If you have concerns, please consult with your doctor. 

Where is the Clarify & Brighten Face mask produced?

The Clarify & Brighten Face mask is made in Italy.

How much does shipping cost?

FREE shipping for German STANDARD shipping option.

€5-€19 for International STANDARD & ECO STANDARD shipping option (varies depending on your location)

€10-€35 for International EXPRESS shipping option (varies depending on your location)

Please note that customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government (the “Fees”).

Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

Can I track my package?

DHL STANDARD & ECO STANDARD can be tracked within most of the countries depending on the domestic / country of origin option.

DHL EXPRESS shipping is trackable to all countries from the moment it leaves the fulfillment facility until it arrives at your home destination.

Your tracking number will be send to you via email.

Do I have to pay cutoms and tax?

Your package never arrived?

Please note that from the moment the package leaves our fulfillment center it is then in the hand of DHL. The responsibility of the package gets fully hand over to DHL. Please call your domestic DHL hotline and ask about your tracking number.

We are not responsible for packages that eventually have never arrived even though the tracking shows that the package was delivered.

We are also not responsible for packages that get lost in the hands of DHL. If this is the case we will start an investigation and try our best to find a solution.

Nourished3 is also not responsible for packages that get lost in front of the door. Please keep your eyes open through COVID as the packages don't have to be signed for security reasons of the post man.

Please be aware that the shipping time might be effected due to COVID 19. This is nothing we can change on our side. Please stay patient. Please read here if your domestic country is affected with the shipping.

What is your return and refund policy?

We will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 14 days. We only accept returns for items purchased through nourished3.eu

If you purchased a Nourished3 item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards and limited-edition merchandise are final sale and ineligible for returns.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over 50€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Is shopping on Nourished3.eu secure?

We understand how important security is to you. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. The platform we are hosted on is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificated to keep order details secure (you’ll see that the shopping cart switches from http to https to show you it’s secure). This is an advanced consumer online security technique. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

Please send an email to customerservice@nourished3.com with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders submitted on https://nourished3.eu/ process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at customerservice@nourished3.com but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
