Return Policy

Returns
We will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 14 days on orders from nourished3.com

Please send us your order # and your reason for returning to customerservice@nourished3.com, and we’ll get back to you. When you return is approved, we will wait for the returned product. We only accept returns within EU.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will have a last check on the product if the refund is applicable. If before already agreed via email the product will not go trhough a separate check. 

 

Exchanges
By not selecting shipping protection, Nourished3 is not liable for damaged items, otherwise we only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@nourished3.com

 

To start your return please do this.
1.) Pack up the items in a shipping box, the best would be the same box as received.
2.) Please include the following information with your return:
