WHERE DO WE SHIP?
Our fulfillment center is located in Germany, allowing us to ship to most destinations worldwide. To check if we deliver to your location, simply enter your shipping address at checkout. Shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process.
We offer free shipping as follows:

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please note that our fulfillment center is closed on weekends, so orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
As soon as your order is packed and handed to the courier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

MISSING OR DELAYED PACKAGE?

HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE YET?
We understand how frustrating it can be when your eagerly awaited package doesn't arrive on time. Rest assured, once your order leaves our fulfillment center, it is entrusted to the capable hands of DHL, our trusted shipping partner.
Please note that from the moment the package departs our warehouse until it reaches your destination, it is entirely managed by DHL. If you’re experiencing any issues with delivery, we kindly ask you to first reach out to your local DHL hotline or post office. They will be able to assist you in locating your package and provide the most up-to-date delivery status. Be sure to have your tracking number on hand for a faster resolution.

At Nourished3, we recognize that unexpected situations can arise during the shipping process. That’s why we offer optional Route Shipping Protection to safeguard your order against potential issues such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If you have not received your order, and you purchased Route Protection, and it’s been 30 days since shipping, please take the following steps:

Important: Claims must be filed within 30 days of the last tracking update.
If your claim is approved, Route will repurchase your order at no additional cost, so you don’t have to worry.

CUSTOMS & TAXES
As the customer, you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties (collectively referred to as "Fees") imposed by your local government.
Fees may be calculated based on:

For EU customers, VAT is applied at checkout according to your shipping destination.
We are legally required to declare the full order value and cannot accommodate requests to reduce the declared value or mark shipments as gifts. Please contact your local customs office for more details if needed.
LOST PACKAGE POLICY
We aim to be fully transparent. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please note the following:

Without Route Protection, Nourished3 cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for lost packages

With Route, you're covered — simply file your claim within 30 days via https://claims.route.com
Each case will be reviewed individually, and while we always strive to find the best solution, we strongly recommend adding Route at checkout to ensure full protection.
Please also note: we are not responsible for packages lost after delivery (e.g. if left at your doorstep). For secure delivery, always track your shipment and consider adding shipping protection.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST PACKAGES
As a start-up, we want to be transparent about our limitations when it comes to lost packages. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive, even if the tracking status indicates delivery.
However, if you have purchased Route Shipping Protection, you are fully covered. You will be eligible to file a claim and receive a refund or replacement if the package is confirmed lost. We strongly encourage all customers to add Route at checkout for a seamless and stress-free resolution process.
In the unfortunate event of a lost package, we are committed to reviewing each case individually. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement in every situation, we will carefully assess the circumstances and do our utmost to find a fair and supportive solution—especially if the package was lost while in the hands of DHL.
