WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

Our shipping hub is located in Germany, allowing us to ship to most destinations worldwide. To find out if we ship to your location, simply enter your shipping information on our check-out page. During the checkout process, you will also be able to view the shipping rate for your order. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over €40 in Germany and over 60€ in Austria and the United Kingdom. For all European orders, we offer free shipping over €110.



HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED AND WILL BE SHIPPED?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your order has been received. Please note that our fulfillment center does not operate on weekends. Please allow 1 business day for us to process your order. Once your order is prepared and ready to be picked up by the courier, you will receive another email with the shipping confirmation. This email will include the tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package's journey.



WHAT IS THE SHIPPING METHOD?

For all orders, we utilize reliable shipping methods such as German Warenpost, DHL Standard Post, DHL Premium, and DHL Express. Please keep in mind that when shipping to countries outside of Europe, there may be customs delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

 

 

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE

For our valued customers in Germany and Austria, you can expect your order to arrive within a speedy 1-3 business days. If you're located within Europe, your order will typically be delivered within 3-10 business days. For those ordering from outside of Europe, please note that shipping times may vary between 15-25 days due to customs procedures and the efficiency of foreign shipping couriers.

 

 

HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE YET?

We understand how frustrating it can be when your eagerly awaited package doesn't arrive on time. Rest assured, once your order leaves our fulfillment center, it is entrusted to the capable hands of DHL, our trusted shipping partner.

Please note that from the moment the package leaves our fulfillment center until it arrives at your destination, it is entirely handed over to DHL. If you're experiencing any issues with the delivery of your order, we kindly ask you to reach out to your domestic DHL hotline or your local post office. They will be able to assist you in locating your package and provide you with the most up-to-date information. Don't forget to have your tracking number ready for a smoother process.

At Nourished3, we understand that unexpected situations can arise during the shipping process. That's why we offer additional protection through our partnership with Route. This protection covers potential issues such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If you have not received your order, and you purchased route protection, and it was shipped 30 days ago, please contact Route. They do require that claims for lost packages are made within 30 days of the last tracking update, so it is essential to claim it on time here. If it’s lost and you claim it with Route, Route will repurchase the order on your behalf without additional cost, so you don’t have to stress about it.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAX?

We want to provide you with important information regarding customs and tax obligations for your order. Please be aware that as the customer, you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties imposed by your government (referred to as "Fees"). We kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to fulfill any requests to declare a different value for your package other than the total amount paid at checkout.

 

The calculation of Fees is typically based on various factors, including

* VAT rates are determined by the country where the order is being shipped to

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive, even if the tracking indicates delivery. However, if you have purchased Route shipping protection, you will be eligible to file a claim and receive a refund if the package is genuinely lost. We encourage you to consider adding Route to your order for a seamless resolution process. In the event of a lost package, we are committed to addressing each case individually. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for all situations, we will carefully assess the circumstances and determine the best course of action. Rest assured, we will do our utmost to find a solution if your package is lost while in the hands of DHL. To minimize the risk of lost packages, we strongly recommend purchasing Route shipping protection.
